Good Afternoon Reader
We started this article about 4 days ago titled:
Network Marketing is about four things:
a) Finding people to talk to - Prospecting.
b) Talking to the people you find - Presentation.
c) Getting people to join or purchase - Closing.
c) Teaching everyone to do the same - Duplication.
Today we are going to focus on c). Print this
out and read it away from your computer, it will make
more sense and help you retain more.
“Getting People to Join - How To Close Prospects”
Several schools of thought on this subject and all are
good. However, we personally have used the following
to help us close a remarkable rate of members.
1. We firmly believe closing a prospect begins the minute
you begin to speak to them. Asking them the standard questions
are ok, but never get off a phone conversation without finding
out how serious this person is about a ho-me bas-ed bus-iness.
[prospect], if you find the right company/products how soon
would you want to begin?
[prospect], all businesses require start up capital, have you
given this much thought? What do you think is a comfortable
start (in terms of dollars) for you?
“That’s great to hear [prospect] because I really like your
[education-style-knowledge-experience]. We are going to
get into your hands the information you will need to make
a sound business decision and as you will find out, this
information will show you how our team will help you generate
enough income to [purchase, buy, retire, work from home].
The above is what needs to happen on the first or second call
to this prospect. We tell our members to get this out in the
open ASAP. The sooner we can disqualify this person the more
time we have created to invest in someone who is serious.
The NUMBER 1 KILLER to downlines is talking to the wrong people.
The NUMBER 2 KILLER to downlines is spending a ton of time with
someone who likes to talk and will never join your business.
The NUMBER 3 KILLER to downlines is……………….
An upline sponsor who is not willing to stand beside you during
the first 5 people you sponsor. Introducing a team leader to
your prospect is VITAL to your closing.
You see all of us are of the same thread: “What’s in it for ME”
If you can show your prospect how your company, product and upline
can help them achieve their dream, closing is a snap.
Third party is critical to your closing.
As you can see, we spend time with prospects because we want to
find the best possible business partner we can. Sponsoring every
Tom, Dick and Harry might look good to upline members, it ain’t
gonna be beneficial to your VOLUME. Volume is what makes this
industry tick and I will discuss volume in much greater details
in another training email. If you want it now, simply email me
and I will get it over to you pronto.
A good team leader will take over for you when it is time to close
a prospect. Many times, all they want to know is if they can get
help from you and your team leaders. Nothing is worse than sponsoring
someone and then leaving them to rot. Don’t be one of those types.
I’ve seen them and it’s bad business–these people do give our industry
a bad name.
As you can see, an entire book can be written on closing prospects but
if you do it right from the beginning it’s not that hard at all to ask
them:
“[prospect], are you ready to get this product in your system so you
can see why everyone is so excited?”
“[prospect], how much money are you short? I bet we can find a way to
get this business rolling for you by weeks end or sooner, wouldn’t you
agree?”
Remember this: when a person says YES, please get them into the company
or website to order IMMEDIATELY. I’ve seen more people lost because they
couldn’t join immediately and these were great prospects.

PS: what options do you have available when a prospect tells
you “NO”, I don’t want to join your team? With a backdoor
strategy you can quickly turn these people into $5 customers
and then $20 members. It’s simple and adds another stream
of PASSIVE IN.CO.ME to your wallet. Take a look:
