Hi [Firstname],
In this email you’ll find out how to=20
capture the attention of MORE prospects=20
by talking to a FEWER number of them!
I know this sounds a little ironic, but
it’s the truth.
What I’m about to reveal to you is an=20
overlooked sales and marketing principle=20
that you may have never heard of before.
In fact, I’d go out on a limb to say this=20
is something the vast majority of network=20
marketers have NEVER discovered.
And the elite handful that HAVE are using=20
it silently within their businesses to=20
explode monthly sales volumes and funnel=20
alarming amounts of new recruits=20
into their downlines!
So if you too would like to become a part=20
of this exclusive club then pay careful=20
attention to what I’m about to tell you.
—————————————–
HOW TO TARGET YOUR PERFECT PROSPECT
—————————————–
As a network marketer one of the worst=20
things you can do when promoting your=20
stuff is to try to “be ALL things to=20=20=20=20
ALL people”
This is what a lot of people refer to as=20
the “shotgun approach.”
You advertise and promote your business=20
to ANYONE and EVERYONE with the thinking=20
you’ll sell more by reaching more people.
HUGE MISTAKE.
If you truly focus your efforts…
(the way you communicate, your marketing=20
style, the benefits that you stress, the=20
stories you tell, the keywords you bid=20
on, the places you choose to advertise)
towards your most ideal prospect then you=20
stand to make the most money!
Here’s another way of looking at it.
The closer you speak someone’s language=20
(to a person’s exact feelings, problems,=20
and situations) the more sales you’ll=20
make!
You see the problem with the shotgun=20
approach is that your marketing becomes=20
TOO BROAD and doesn’t “speak” directly to=20
anyone (or a group of people) in=20
particular!
Here’s a perfect example.
Just last week a distributor for a legal=20
services company sent me an email and had=20
this to say.
“Ann, EVERY HOUSEHOLD IN AMERICA needs=20
what I’m offering…”
Then he went on to ask me how he could=20
sell more of his stuff.
Here’s the gist of what I told him:
—————————————–
CLEARLY DEFINE AND IDENTIFY A=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20
SPECIFIC MARKET AND THEN TARGET IT!
—————————————–
So in this Pre-Paid Legal distributor’s=20
case a specific market DOES NOT MEAN=20
“every household in America.”
But it might be…
Divorced single mothers that live on the=20
West Coast, ages 18-26, who work two jobs=20
and make between $24-32k a year, and need=20
some legal help collecting child support.
Or maybe…
Married men living in Texas, ages 30-45,=20
who make between $125-250k a year, own=20
high-end sports cars and have horrible=20
driving records and need legal help=20
clearing them up.
Now, I am not up to speed with the=20
details of his particular service that he=20
offers but I think you get what I’m trying=20
to say.
——————————————
LESS IS MORE
——————————————
No matter what MLM company you represent=20
you’re going to have to do things that=20
might “leave people out.”=20
If you want to maximize the amount of=20
money you make in your business you’re=20
gonna have to make some tough decisions.
In fact, I’d like to make you a challenge.
I’d be willing to bet that right now in=20
your business you could fine-tune your=20
marketing to more directly target FEWER=20
PEOPLE than you currently are.=20
And in doing so, I’d almost guarantee=20
that you make more money.
Always keep in mind it=E2=80=99s not about the=20
size of the audience, it’s about the rate=20
at which people buy. Sometimes you have to=20
focus on a smaller audience to produce more=20
money.
So start thinking of some ways you can=20
start doing some test marketing to a=20
smaller targeted audience.
I’m confident you’ll be happy with the=20
results!
To Your Success,
Ann Sieg
P.S. If you’re selling a bunch of products=20
right now through a catalog or your website=20
examine which ones are selling the most.=20
You’ll most likely find that 2-3 products=20
account for 90% of your sales.
If so, target your efforts to ONLY sell=20
more of those 2-3 products and you’ll most=20
likely make a lot more money than trying to=20
appeal to people that ‘might’ want your 20-
30 different products.
